MICROGREENS

Microgreens are plants that begin to form their first set of leaves and grow up to 5cm tall in as little as 6 days. Also known as a superfood, they are used as an essential ingredient in salads and other foods as a garnish or flavour enhancer.


Add them to salads, pizzas, sandwiches, soups, wraps, dips and other side dishes for a unique burst of colour and flavour. In addition, microgreens are an incredible source of antioxidants and have been shown to fight chronic diseases such as cancer.

Each delivery is enough for 6 generous salads, plus herbs to garnish dishes, cocktails and teas. Each box measures 26.6cm x 16.5cm x 10cm. They all fit easily into a normal fridge. We have chosen Tupperware boxes because they DO NOT crush the tender leaves, leaving them FRESHER for LONGER. Each box also contains an organic cellulose-based pad that will absorb any humidity helping to keep your greens fresh and moisture free.
